Digital Products
Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are generally final once access credentials have been delivered to your dashboard.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if:
- You did not receive your access credentials
- The product was materially different from its description
- A technical issue on our end prevented delivery
Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incompatibility with your existing setup (not disclosed in our description), or issues caused by your own environment.
How to Request
Open a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase. Include your order number. We'll review and respond within 1 business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
